Structural work is underway at your Ken Sargent House!
We’re excited to share that construction at Ken Sargent House is moving steadily forward.
On site, crews have completed major portions of the concrete foundation and walls, an important milestone that forms the strong base of the 21-suite home. With these foundations in place, the shape of the building is beginning to emerge, bringing the vision of your future Ken Sargent House closer to reality.
You’ll also see work underway on reinforcing the structure and preparing for upcoming concrete pours, along with early installation points for plumbing and other essential building systems. Careful planning and coordination continue on site to ensure everything is built safely, accurately, and to the highest standards.
Surrounding site work is progressing as well, including excavation and preparation for future utilities and access areas. Each step brings us closer to a welcoming place where families can stay close to their loved ones during hospital care.
